Recruiting

ACI’s Dental Placement department is proud of the dental professionals who choose affiliation.  They may be recruiting to fill a future targeted expansion opportunity or to replace a current Practice Owner that has chosen to retire or relocate to another geographic area.

Affiliated practices are also supported by identifying qualified dental staff for Practice Owners to interview and consider hiring, so practices are staffed with professionals who understand the importance of compassionate patient care.

ACI has identified a network of licensed dentists able to provide temporary coverage if a Practice Owner unexpectedly is required to be away from their practice for a prolonged period of time. We are also able to provide personnel back-up in the event of unanticipated staff absences due to illness or other personal situations.

Affordable Dentures Dental Lab recruiters are constantly identifying qualified lab technicians that can accept leadership positions at the practice level, or technicians that can be trained for future advancement through the ADDL training program.

Human Resources

ACI’s Human Resources department is available to assist you with any human resources, personnel, or benefits issues.  This includes benefits enrollment, administration of health insurance, flexible benefits, labor issues, etc.

Legal Department

ACI’s Legal Department will help to coordinate all the contractual agreements that need to be put in place and establish your practice as a legal Professional Corporation within your State.  The legal department is also available to provide support and advice related to issues which may arise in your P.C., such as patient concerns or other legal allegations
