Explanation of the Business Model…

The Affiliated Practice (P.C.) and Affordable Care (ACI) & Affordable Dentures® Dental Laboratories (ADDL) Relationships:

ACI provides a wide array of services to affiliated dental practices providing Affordable Dentures®.  ACI does not employ dentists, but rather each practice is independently owned and controlled by a practicing dentist.  The dentist establishes his/her control of the affiliated dental practice via the establishment of a professional corporation or association (P.C.) The P.C. is wholly owned by the dentist and the P.C. employs the dentist and the dental auxiliary staff.

The P.C. contracts with ACI and ADDL for their respective services.  These contracts include the Lease between ACI and your P.C., the Laboratory Services Agreement between ADDL and your P.C., and the Management Services Agreement between ACI and your P.C.

Through the contractual agreements the, P.C. reimburses Affordable Care Inc for the services that are provided
