The First Step to Affiliation:

The first step in becoming an affiliated Practice Owner or Associate is obviously to gather as much information as you can.  While we hope this web site will answer some of your questions, we encourage you to pick up the phone and call 1-800-313-3863 and ask for one of our Dental recruiters.  You can also email from this site.

Relationships are a key component of establishing a successful affiliation, and our recruiters will be happy to start that relationship by answering all your questions and providing information so you can make an informed decision.

Next Steps...

If you are interested in continuing the journey, there will be some paperwork that will need to be completed and forwarded to ACI.  The Dental recruiters will send that to you.

Assuming credentialing information has passed our review, and you have expressed continued interest in affiliation, we will then coordinate an opportunity for you to visit and work with an affiliated Practice Owner for a few days.  This will give you an opportunity to evaluate and determine if you really want to embark on this affiliation.

If all goes well, we will then set up a time for you to visit ACI’s corporate offices so we can fully explain the details of the services ACI offers and the nature of the contractual agreements.
